No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Payment information should arrive shortly. Be patient. In 7 to 10 days, you will receive your tracking number (after payment is made). Wait for your order to be processed and sent to the shipping company. Now wait for the shipping company to process your order. If you’re skeptical, add a pre-paid credit card to your PayPal account. Total time is 2 weeks or so. Be patient and your order will arrive.
