They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. FedEx delivered it in a timely manner and it took just 2 weeks for the delivery of my package. Thank you for all the support and I will definitely be buying more bags soon!

I ordered from them, and though it took a long time, all my products did come. They’re obviously knock offs but they are good enough I don’t mind. I own at least 20 real Louis and they’re close enough only I’d know. If you’re going into it thinking these are the real then you’ll be disappointed when they’re not but I think it’s worth the $

I checked the entire bag inside and out and saw only very small defects that weren't even noticeable unless the bag was fully inspected. No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. Excellent seller. 1:1 product. It’s not that bright red that most people are afraid of when buying inauthentic handbags. The leather trim on this bag is very clean. As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated. I recommend this website for sure I'll be purchasing from them again. :)
