No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. I am a big fan of lv and ysl, i have many authentic bag. When i open the package, very nice replica just a exactly the same compared to the real thing. It did not come with a box or receipt but definitely could pass for the real thing.
