No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. I ordered a Prada Saffiano Lux Tote in black from Perfect C Club. The bag was shipped via EMS and arrived in 10 days. The bag came with a dustbag and a card. The quality of the bag is very good. The leather is stiff and shiny, the logo is metal and engraved, the zippers are smooth and branded, and the interior is lined with Prada logo fabric. The bag has all the correct details like the snap buttons, the triangle logo, and the leather tag.

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.

Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway. All the zips, clips, tags and shoulder strap all are perfectly branded. Having saved over 1100 by getting this I would say its well worth it snd would buy it 100x over. I purchased this as a work pack. Pretty and smooth however solid and can hold a 15" PC. I have been involving this pack each typical business day for a while at this point, no wearing issues and stills smell like fresh out of the plastic new calfskin.
