Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. The bag has all the right features like the leather strap ends, the CC logo on the clasp, and the serial number sticker.

It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! If you look at the stitching it's all done exceptionally well, to the point where it is at the same level of quality and excellence as an authentic bag. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !
