Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I love this lv M80446 bag it’s just like in the picture. BUT the only problem I have with the seller is that I’m missing the small purse part that hangs inside the actual purse itself. I got the piece that clamps and hold the small purse but no small purse itself. I could have sworn it said a two piece purse when I ordered the purse so I will contact the seller to see exactly. Other than that I love the bag thank you so much.

Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.
