It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. I think it's pretty good, I'd say it's a pretty good replica. There are some differences between them and the real thing, but I think it's hard to say you have to actually touch it and actually look at it, other than that I think it's pretty much the same. Everything is expected to run smoothly.
