I have received my Gucci bag and it’s perfect! Very good quality and good leather. It took 10 days to come which is quick considering the amount of packages shipping that they have during lockdown. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

It's just the size I like. The leather is very good and exquisite. The style and material are very good. The size is also appropriate. One shoulder crossbar is very good. Excellent quality, looks genuine and packaged well. Would definitely recommend! Postage took longer than expected but seller had it packaged and shipped within two days. Delays were with Australia post so cannot fault them for that.
