No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. I bought a Chanel Boy Bag in black lambskin leather with gold hardware from Designer Dolabuy. The bag arrived in about three weeks with full packaging. The bag is beautiful. The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. The bag has all the right features like the leather strap ends, the CC logo on the clasp, and the serial number sticker.

Ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from Dolabuy Web. and it is absolutely beautiful. If you look at the stitching it's all done exceptionally well, to the point where it is at the same level of quality and excellence as an authentic bag. My order came 24 days after I placed the order, and Dolabuy service was quick to reply, after my 23-day inquiry, with tracking information so I could see where the bag was (it was literally at my local post office when I checked). I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!!
