I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’ll certainly be a repeat buyer. Thank you so much Dolabuy Team, credit where it’s due

I have received my Gucci bag and it’s perfect! Very good quality and good leather. It took 10 days to come which is quick considering the amount of packages shipping that they have during lockdown. I bought a Chanel Classic Flap Bag in black caviar leather with silver hardware from DD. The bag arrived in about two weeks with full packaging. The bag is stunning. The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers. I compared it with my friend’s authentic bag and we couldn’t find any difference.

Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway. All the zips, clips, tags and shoulder strap all are perfectly branded. Having saved over 1100 by getting this I would say its well worth it snd would buy it 100x over. Received very quick considering Covid ruining the world. Honestly blown away by the quality on this, very impressive. Thank you

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.
