I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Best customer service ever! This company is legit! Don’t worry about ordering from them. They’re quick and extremely nice. My order was not correct when I received it and they replaced my item very quickly. Communications were detailed and exact. I think it's pretty good, I'd say it's a pretty good replica. There are some differences between them and the real thing, but I think it's hard to say you have to actually touch it and actually look at it, other than that I think it's pretty much the same. Everything is expected to run smoothly.

As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated.
