No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. It did not come with a box or receipt but definitely could pass for the real thing. i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia.
