It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item.
