Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. It’s always a little concerning when ordering any replica but this company truly runs an excellent business or at least the team members on the front line are amazing. Give that gal a raise!

The canvas is thick and sturdy, the stitching is neat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the interior is soft and smooth. The bag looks exactly like the authentic one I saw at the store.

Very cute gucci bag! exactly as described. I was so afraid to make this purchase because there were no photos in the comments, but I had already made another purchase with this seller, I contacted him, asked for pictures of the bag and decided to take a risk.100% AAA replica.. I thought it did. but the seller was great. I actually ordered this is the brown, then changed my mind on the color. I messaged seller and they swapped colors for me, no problem. I love this lv M80446 bag it’s just like in the picture. BUT the only problem I have with the seller is that I’m missing the small purse part that hangs inside the actual purse itself. I got the piece that clamps and hold the small purse but no small purse itself. I could have sworn it said a two piece purse when I ordered the purse so I will contact the seller to see exactly. Other than that I love the bag thank you so much.

What a service providing they are! Last month i bought a gucci bag for my laptop and tablet. I have to carry this bag 6 to 7 hours daily..when i carry this bag..i dont feel i have e bag..the design and the comfort are not shareable without use it.. Thumbs up dear...

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. At first i was not expecting to be this satisfied for the price i paid, but it is definitely worth the wait! Definitely not the last time i will order here. Absolutely love!!! Great quality and could pass for dupe 100%. The differences i noticed are the double strap, original has single, the hardware on one side has a clasp and not the full buckle, the hardware is a silver gold vs the gold or silver on original . I can not wait to use this. It will be a favorite.Definitely looks Lux and can carry a lot of items! Dolabuy buy if you are in the market!

Beyond perfect!!! amazing deal, Took 25 days to arrive into the Arizona,US. I’m got smacked with how good the quality. It’s a medium/small size clutch I think it’s exactly the same than the real thing but over all great quality especially for the price.
