No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. The canvas is thick and sturdy, the stitching is neat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the interior is soft and smooth. The bag looks exactly like the authentic one I saw at the store.
