Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !
