I will say the bag is so cute and very authentic looking. Communication with seller was good but overall the bag is nice. The chain is strong as well. Coloring is nice too and the bag is sturdy. It can hold the items needed for daily going out. I like this bag very much.

I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.
