No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. I purchased this as a work pack. Pretty and smooth however solid and can hold a 15" PC. I have been involving this pack each typical business day for a while at this point, no wearing issues and stills smell like fresh out of the plastic new calfskin.

I love this lv M80446 bag it’s just like in the picture. BUT the only problem I have with the seller is that I’m missing the small purse part that hangs inside the actual purse itself. I got the piece that clamps and hold the small purse but no small purse itself. I could have sworn it said a two piece purse when I ordered the purse so I will contact the seller to see exactly. Other than that I love the bag thank you so much.

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !
