Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway. I will say the bag is so cute and very authentic looking. Communication with seller was good but overall the bag is nice. The chain is strong as well. Coloring is nice too and the bag is sturdy. It can hold the items needed for daily going out. I like this bag very much.
